Mangaluru: Driver escapes unhurt after car catches fire

Mangaluru, Jul 31: The driver of a car escaped unhurt after his car got burnt in the middle of the road. This incident occurred at the Jail Road in the city on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 31.

Flames were noticed by Vikram, who was driving his car on the Jail Road. Vikram immediately jumped off from the car.

Half portion of the car was burnt before the fire service personnel arrived on the spot and put out the fire.

According to Vikram, he had placed his car for repair at a workshop as the cooling of air conditioner of the car was not optimum. This incident occurred when he took his car from the car repair shop after repairing and driving the same.
