Will stand by Kashmiri people: Pakistan Army chief Bajwa

Islamabad, Aug 6 (IANS): In his first reaction to the revoking of Article 370, Pakistan Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that his forces will go to any extent to fulfil their obligations towards the people of Kashmir.

Bajwa held a meeting of the corps commanders in General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi to review the security situation in view of India withdrawing special status to Jammu and Kashmir and organizing the state.

A statement by Pakistan Army's Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that Islamabad never recognized Articles 370 and 35A.

The Pakistan Army also supported its government's rejection of Indian actions in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Indian forces have been closely monitoring activities of the Pakistan Army on the border, said sources. New Delhi has also prepared for any contingency, said an official.

It is better for Pakistan to mind its own business. Bajwa will be a history if his military takes any action.

If you stand by Kashmiri people then why don't you talk directly with India for resolution of Kashmir for people's sake why do you need a third party intervention????. Its a bilateral issue so sit with India and solve. But you can not because you know you will fail as per UN resolution. No third party or whole world recommendation or mob politics regarding Kashmir to curtail India's voice. Amit Shah is taking advantage of your delay and doing some monkey tricks.

I am a hard core BJP hater. But I dont agree or accept Congress/Rahuls words on the scrapping of 370. It sounds like a spokesman from Pak is in the RS. How does this party expect Indians to support them?
RaGa and Congress would have earned lots of accolades and points had be been with the Govt on this.
    Any ways its their funeral.
