Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (EP)

Mangaluru, Aug 9: After being discharged from the hospital on August 3, Bagambila resident Diksha (22), who was stabbed repeatedly by a youth for unrequited love, was hospitalized again on August 9.

Diksha’s health had improved considerably after treatment in KS Hegde Medical Hospital. After 25 days of the incident, she was shifted to the ward and was discharged on August 3. However, on Friday, she was admitted due to fluctuations in her health condition. Diksha, who had difficulty in consuming food and speaking, is now able to perform these functions.

On June 29, Diksha was stabbed by her former boyfriend Sushanth from Shakthinagar. The 27-year-old youth, a dancer by profession, had stabbed Diksha twelve times and tried to kill her in broad daylight on a road in Deralakatte. He later attempted suicide by slitting his own neck. While Diksha’s condition was serious, Sushanth who did not suffer grievous injuries recovered in two days. Ullal police produced him in the court, eight days after the incident, after he completely recovered. Now he is in judicial custody.

We all hope and pray that Diksha get well soon and take up her old life.May God give her good health and good future. Please dont allow this criminal not to comeout of Jial.He may again try to do harm her badly once again, knowing she is alive. He is certainly a psychopath.Usually one who really loved or loves, never go to the extent of killing or harm.He should be kept permanently locked inside for life time.

I can just pray to God for a full recovery of Diksha and will be back on her feet and fulfill all her ambitions she had. I am sure the doctors, nurses, and other staff who helped her for her recovery will be there again. I also worked for a hospital in New York for 25 years and I know how patients feel excited when they are discharged as we all know nobody wants to be admitted in any hospital.
