Mangaluru, Aug 26: An owner of a jewellery store, also running finance business has reportedly gone missing and a case is registered at Konaje police station.
Prabhakar Acharya (57), owner of Prabha Jewellery and Prabha Finance in Boliyar is the person who is reported missing. Prabhakar is a resident of Boliyar and has been doing business in the area since several years.
On Sunday, he told his wife Poornima that he is going out to bring medicines. However, he did not return. When his family tried calling his mobile, it came switched off. Prabhakar’s son later lodged a missing complaint at Konaje police station.
Prabhakar’s car is located near Mudipu. The Konaje police have registered a case and are investigating the same.
