Since 2014 BJP came to power in the Central even terror cases accused also get 'clean chit'. Surprisingly, in all the cases the evidence is either lost or the intelligence wing didn't produce it during the hearing.

In 2017, Madhya Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad Arrested 11 for running Pakistan's ISI spy ring BJP leader's kin among. One of the arrested men, Dhruv Saxena, who is said to be working with the BJP’s IT Cell. One of them is a BJP member, close to CM Shivraj Chauhan.

In 2019 another four BJP members MP ATS arrests 4 in Terror funding Case. One of the four persons arrested is former Bajrang Dal leader Balram Singh, who had been held on February 2017 in a similar case.

One of the four persons arrested is former Bajrang Dal leader Balram Singh, who had been held on February 2017 in a similar case for links to Chinese SIM box-enabled and Pakistan-guided spying funding ring but was released on bail later on.

These guys preach nationalism to others. But get bail even for spying for Pakistan ISI.

If they chant 'Jai Shri Ram', 'Bharat Mata ki Jai' they are considered by the single bench court patriotic.

Today Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Guruji Savarkar and Malegaon terror accused MP treated the same as nationalist. While Savarkar five times asked for the mercy petition from the British and supported Muslim league in Pakistan, Pragya Singh Takur get elected despite having the blood of 7 innocent lives in hand and openly supports Naturam Godse who killed the father of the nation.
