Ramanagara, Sep 3: In a tragic incident that occurred at Kanakapura of the district, a mother strangled her one and a half year old baby and killed self. The husband, who saw the dead bodies of both when he came to the house, also killed himself. Family feud is said to be the reason for this extreme action of the wife. 

Fairoz (23), a resident of Aziz Nagar of Kanakapura, his wife Harsha Banu (19) and their child Ismail (1.5) are the unfortunate victims who lost their lives in this incident. It is learnt that Fairoz and Harsha Banu used to fight every day over family issues since some time. But the argument reached fiery proportions from three days and had ever reached the police station. 

The local leaders had resolved the issues between the husband and wife through a mutual pact. However, it is said that the couple picked up fight on the afternoon of Monday, September 2 also. Once the husband left after the argument, his wife Harsha Banu strangled her son Ismail and hanged self. 

When Fairoz returned home, he was scared to see both his son and wife hanging and killed self. Kanakapura police have registered a case in this regard.
