Surat, Sep 17: A restaurant in Surat, Gujarat is organising a fart competition, which has already received over 200 entries. The competition will be held on September 22 and the competitors will have a chance to win trophies in three categories - 'Loudest', 'longest' and the 'most musical' farts.
Organiser Yatin Sangoi stated that they are on a quest to find India's 'best fartists'. The participants will be given 60 seconds to prove themselves to the judges, one of them who will be a doctor.
Sangoi has claimed that entries were received from Kolkata, Delhi and Jaipur. There is also a possibility of a cash prize if the organisers manage to onboard a sponsor.
Sangoi has even created a facebook page for the competition which rolled out certain tips on the right food to eat to claim victory.
