Karkala: Never provoke Hindus - Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat at 'Belman Chalo' programme

Karkala, Sep 30: "All conspiracies aimed at converting Hindus through deceitful means should end forthwith. No one can convert this Hindu nation. Never challenge or provoke Hindus. If you do so, Hindus will not remain silent. Hinduism happens to be the most sublime religion in the whole world," said Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader and south-central regional executive member, Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat.

He was delivering the keynote address at a programme titled 'Belman Chalo' mega people's movement meeting held against religious conversions at Belman under the aegis of Karkala units of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal on Sunday, September 29.

He advised the people to repose their faith and loyalty in the Indian soil. "Love the rich culture of India. Never deviate from your path and try to undertake religious conversions. In the history, there is not a single instance of Hindu society assailing the other religions and converting them into Hinduism. But Hindus are at the receiving end of atrocities on a regular basis and attempts to convert them are going on. Never cheat Hindu society. Hinduism is the noblest religion of the universe," Dr Bhat asserted.

On this occasion, Hindu leaders approached district assistant superintendent of police, Kumar Chandra, and Karkala rural station house officer, Nasir Hussain, and handed over petitions urging them to initiate legal action against those who are found to be trying to influence people to convert into other religions.

Nandalike Chavadi Aramane Suhas Hegde presided over the programme. Udupi district Hindu Jagarana Vedike secretary, Prakash Kukkehalli, district Gau Raksha Pramukh, Dinesh Shetty Hebri, Vishwa Hindu Parishad district Gau Raksha Pramukh, Umesh Nayak Sooda, Bajrang Dal taluk convener, Guruprasad Naravi, Belman zone Vishwa Hindu Parishad president, Prasad Shetty Kadi Kambala, Hindu leader, Ratnakar Ameen and other were present.

District Bajrang Dal Suraksha Pramukh, Mahesh Bailoor, welcomed. Dharma Jagaran joint coordinator of Mangaluru division, Prasad Shetty Kuthar, delivered introductory address. Ashok Naravi presented the programme. Jayaprakash Prabhu proposed vote of thanks.

About 200 police personnel oversaw law and order situation for ensuring that no untoward incidents took place during the programme.

It would have been a more popular move by this man if he created job opportunities. Better education system, solve garbage disposal problems, road maintenance, fly overs, potholes, aid to flood victims etc etc than artificially rising tensions on a matter which would have solved by itself if attended and solved people's day today challenges and gain votes. Kalladka Prabhakara Bhat people of Karnataka know very well who is provoking whom? Being a RSS leader you should help Hindu youth to get employment instead of using them for against minority communities.

Can you ask Central Govt to ban beef exports? Most of the beef exporters are Hindus and Jains.People are facing lots of problems.No proper roards, no drinking water, housing problemsm corruption in every Govt offices. What you have done to stop corruption? Instead of working for the poor people you are accusing minority communities.

If you finf any conversions then go to Police station and dont take law in your hands and dont instigate the innocent youth. RSS, VHP, Bhajrang Dal and other associations should work for the poor instead of creating problems among the communities. Leaders like Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, Jagdisha Karanta, M.B. Puranik, Sharan Pumpwell, Jagadish Shenava and other leaders should take the lead to stop exploitation, corruption etc.

Christians are just 2.3% of the total population. And you people are crying about conversins! 25% are Dalits .Have worked for the Dalits? Have you ever fought against Casteism? Hindu is a great religion.But dont bring it in your political gains.

The identity of religion is the interest of some power hunger and money hunger people. There was no religion by name and all are migrants with or without knowledge of God. It is evution theory. The religion, salvation e moksha enjoyed by few in the world including any religion. Many kshatriyas revolted and brought new theory. Even some learned enlightenend Brahamins faught against prevailing practice which was against Dharma. Dharma is universal and religion for exploitation. 2. God said the duty of a Shudra is to serve the upper varnas faithfully with devotion and without grumbling. (Manu 1-91) Manu is not satisfied with this. He wants this servile status of the Shudras to be expressed in the names and surnames of persons belonging to that community. Manu says:
3. Let the first part of a Brahman’s name denote something auspicious, a Kshatriya’s be connected with power, and a Vaishyas with wealth but a Shudra’s express something contemptible. (Manu II.31)
4. The second part of a Brahmin’s name shall be a word implying happiness, of a Kshatriya’s (a word) implying protection, of a Vaishya’s a term expressive of thriving and of a Shudra’s an expression denoting service. (Manu II. 32.)
5. A hundred year old Kshatriya must treat a ten year old Brahmin boy as his father. (Manu 11-135)

The Brahmin should never invite persons of other varnas for food. In case, the latter begs the Brahmin for food, the Brahmin may give them some left-over. Even these left-over must be served not by the Brahmin but by his servants outside the house. (Manu II2).

7. He who instructs Shudra pupils and he whose teacher is a Shudra shall become disqualified for being invited to a shradha. (Manu III. 156.)
8. A Shudra is unfit of receive education. The upper varnas should not impart education or give advice to a Shudra.It is not necessary that the Shudra should know the laws and codes and hence need not be taught. Violators will go to as amrita hell. (Manu IV-78 to 81)
9. “Let him not dwell in a country where the rulers are Shudras.” (Manu IV. 61)
10. He must never read the Vedas in the presence of the Shudras. (Manu IV. 99.)
11. Any country, where there are no Brahmins, of where they are not happy will get devastated and destroyed. (Manu VIII-20 to 22)

As far as karnataka is concerned, the majority of the Christians are Indian Catholics. I am very much sure that Catholics are not in favour of any conversion.

May be there are other sects of christian society are involved in conversion (that too if someone is agreed willfully, and not by force). So if any conversion is taken place, the concerned department must investigate the issue, case by case and take action as per the guide lines laid by Indian Constitution.

Mr Kalladka Bhat, it's very simple, ask your Hindu brothers and sisters not to visit conversion centers and get converted. Please note nobody is kidnapping your Hindus and taking them for conversion.
Also most important, if their Hindu faith is very strong nobody can convert them to any other religion.

In the pictures, it is seen that petitions were being handed over on the stage and not in the officials' office. Are these officials a part of the Organizers? Someone please clarify.

Pinto mangalore here a small correction,these six months may be for Roman catholic churches ,whereas some other christian people may not take so long.They are very quick to have a new member ,since it is their duty to bring many members as possible.A new member has again to recruite a new one.sell books ,to get some income.(In some branches)
