Mangaluru, Oct 1: From Tuesday, October 1, business hours of nationalized banks in the state will be uniform. The business hours for the customers have been extended to 4 pm with effect from Tuesday.
As per the order of the state level bankers committee, the nationalized bank branches in Dakshina Kannada district will have uniform timing commencing today.
From October 1 onward, the hours for customers will be 10 am to 4 pm.
District lead bank, Syndicate Bank chief manager, has instructed banks to conduct business between 10 am and 4 pm from Tuesday onwards, as per reports.
