Dubai: SMMC to present Konkani drama ‘Vechogi Raanvcho’ on Nov 15

Dubai, Oct 14: St Mary’s Mangalorean Community (SMMC) Dubai under the guidance of spiritual director Fr Denis Saldanha, is all set to present a super hit Konkani comedy drama ‘Vechogi Raanvcho’ of famous multi-talented, ‘Konkani Comedy Prince’ Pradeep Barboza, on Friday evening November 15 at girls’ school compound of St Mary’s Church, Dubai.

This drama has captivated the hearts of many drama lovers in and around of Gulf countries, Mangaluru and Udupi region. Pradeep, along with his talented team of ‘Sangon Mugdana Kalaakar’ is ready to stage ninth show of this drama, which is sure to create a laugh riot.

Written and directed by ‘Haasy Ray Kunvar’ Pradeep Barboza, Paladka, the drama is a complete family entertainer. The story revolves around a bus stop in a rural area of Mangaluru and surroundings of the bus stop. “Every second of the drama is humorous and audience will be entertained till the end. There is love story, comedy and suspense in the drama, which will surely blow the minds of the audience”, says director Pradeep Barboza.

From past few years, the SMMC has been organizing free and enjoyable Konkani plays to offer great entertainment to the Konkani speaking parishioners of Dubai parish and also to all Konkani people of UAE.
