Bidar: People stone rowdy sheeter to death during fight in village

Bidar, Oct 15: A rowdy sheeter was stoned to death by villagers over fight between two groups at Siragoora village, Basavakalyan taluk here. 

Batagerawadi village resident Basavaraju Hanumantha Chandakale(38) is the rowdy sheeter who was murdered. 

Hanumantha He had worked in BSF for more than ten years. Several people have been injured in the fights on Monday night and an anxious situation still prevails in the village.

 

A grand procession was held in Siragoora village on Sunday night. Two groups got into fights for trivial reason during the procession. However elders in the village had intervened and diluted the situation. But fights resumed between the two groups on Monday evening. Rowdy sheeter Basavaraju supported one of the groups and had come to the village with his accomplices. 

He inflicted deadly assaults on the opposite group. The villagers, who got annoyed with him, hit him with stones. He died on the spot due to excessive loss of blood. 

Mantala station police, who were alerted, rushed to the spot and took stock of the situation. Some people, who were injured in the incident, were admitted to Basavakalyana government hospital. A case stands registered in Mantala police station and police have begun investigations.

    Does one expect him to recieve with garlands when he brings his team and hit others?One who lays stone on others way,too ends with stones too.Thats the language of rowdi sheeters,.One has to be careful with swords.Noone will cry for such rowdys,except his family.

    Prakash lewis mangalore,Dubai,even though it is inhuman looks,and bad,deceased one too never thought of doing as a rowdy sheeter in his time.By the time one calls police and they arrive ,time takes its own course and more people will be opfer of him .He too brought a team of only rowdys not to make peace but teach lesson to others.
