Sullia, Aug 13: Former state convener of Bajrang Dal, Mahendra Kumar, charged those associated with Karnataka Forum for Dignity, of sheltering innumerable Bangladeshis, who have infiltrated into the country. He was delivering the keynote address at the 'Akhand Bharat Sankalp' day observation at Sri Chennakeshava temple premises on Wednesday August 12.

"Our politicians do not have the will and grit to tackle the problems plaguing the country. The terrorists have been hatching new conspiracies. There is a need for the citizens of the country to unitedly fight the system that threatens to sabotage the law and order situation and break the country, he added. Kumar felt that the country, after its leaders allowed terrorists and infiltrators to get a foothold here, has got entangled in a cobweb weaved by these people. He charged the government of failing to sense the sentiments of the Hindus, while being able to quite clearly understand the minds of the minority communities.

Noting that one of the ministers in the state had stated in an interview that he had been axed from Bajrang Dal, Mahendra Kumar said, no one can remove him from the Dal. Bajrang Dal is an organization of people who have self-respect and there is no question of the people associated with it deserting the organization, he claimed.

Before the programme began, a procession was taken out to the venue of the meeting.

Hindu Janajagruti Vedike Puttur convener Karunakar Baremelu presided. District assistant convener Lakshmeesha Gabladka and taluk Bajrang Dal convener Vinaykumar Kandadka too addressed the gathering. Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishat Pramukh Purushottam was present.
