Mangalore, Aug 13: A special student meet, Learn-Practice-Preach has been organized by SSM (a unit of SKSM) at Shalimar Complex, Kankanady here on Sunday, August 16 from 9.00 to 5.30 pm.

The theme of the meet is Seeking knowledge - A duty upon every Muslim. Major events at the meet are Continuing religious education, tazkiyah class, career guidance and counselling, documentary and question and answer session.

    This is a great news for Muslim students. Frequent meeting of this nature will help the students to learn their religion from authentic sources and prevent from going astray. One of the main reason for the Muslims being attracted toward terrorism and extremism is their lack of knowledge on Islam. Hence its a good step from SSM to organize such event.
