Kundapur, Nov 14: A car, out of control of its driver, hit the highway divider and stopped across the road only to be hit by the tipper from behind here.
The incident has happened in front of K K Marble, near Kumbhashi on NH66 on Thursday afternoon.
The car that was approaching from Kumbhasi lost control, hit the divider and stopped across the road. Meanwhile a tipper, that arrived from behind, hit the car.
The accident threw traffic out of gear for about half an hour.
However it is said that the drivers of the vehicles escaped unhurt. The car has been severely damaged.
