Dubai, Nov 20: The NCM, police and civil defence in UAE issued a weather alert of heavy rainfall accompanied with strong winds and rough sea on Wednesday.

As per the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), UAE on Wednesday morning reported light to moderate rain over Jebel Al, Saadiyat Island, Al Mirfa Ghiyathi and also in Abu Dhabi city.

The NCM also alerted drivers and pedestrians to take all necessary precautions when on roads due to blowing dust and sand causing poor horizontal visibility less than 2,000 meter at times due to fresh winds.
