Thokkottu murder - Rowdy sheeter contacted police after murdering youth

Mangaluru Nov 30: In connection with the recovery of Sudarshan (20) from Puthige, Kasargod, on railway tracks near Kapikad, Thokkottu, on Friday night, it is learnt that his murderer owned up the murder in a telephonic call to the police.

The police said that this murder was committed by D K Rakshit, a rowdy sheeter from Kapikad, Thokkottu. The murder reportedly happened in relation to a girl. Rakshit has been named as an accused in several cases including murder attempt on Lancy near Chembugudde, the police said.


Sudarshan

The Ullal police said that they had received a phone call from Rakshit on Friday night informing them that he had killed a man and dumped his body on the railway tracks. He also told them that he would surrender to them on Saturday as he was apprehensive that if they caught hold of him on Friday, they might eliminate him through encounter.

    Rowdy sheeters, accused who get bail should be tagged electronically and should be tracked. A mobile app should alert every one when they come near....to causion people that they are dealing with a probable criminal....

    Its a challenge to the whole police department as rowdy sheeter calling to the police that he committed the crime and the mighty law will help the rowdy sheeter by securing a BAIL to commit another crime which will roll on for several years !

    He is not deserved to live on earth ! encounter is the best medicine !

    5 yrs down the line he wil be contest for elections also ....and the best and funny part ppl will be there to vote also for him in good numbers ....govt might emphasis on education but frankly therr is no value for educated ppl in this country ...fo example look at our mlas most of them uneducated ....

    Now also police can do encounter i guess ...already he has cases running against...its proven he is a monster in human body ...why dont capture such ppl and use then as lab testing humans for some pharma or cosmetic laboratories...

    Our laws, judiciary is favorable to criminals & criminals will roam around easily after committing crime. Our justice system favours them.
    Only criminals will remain on this land.
    The news item is a great example which shows there is no fear of law & order.
