Udupi SP changed within a day - IPS officer N Vishnuvardhana to take charge

Udupi, Jan 1: N Vishnuvardhana has been appointed as Udupi’s new superintendent of police with immediate effect.

The IPS officer earlier served as deputy commissioner of police, Administration, Bengaluru city.

Vishnuvardhana had also served as additional SP of Udupi district earlier.

A day ago, Hakay Akshay Machhindra was appointed as superintendent of police of Udupi replacing Nisha James.

A) Brilliant and those who obtained distinction would become IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS, Medical & Engineering etc.
B) 35% or managed to complete 7th standard will go for politics like MLA, MP, Union minister etc.
C) Those who hardly seen school or just walk inn and out will become Baba, fortune tellers etc.
*** ‘B) will control ‘A) , and will go to ‘C) obviously ‘C’ will control ‘B)

Recently High court has directed the Govt. not to effect premature transfers. But still Govt. is very adamant and transferring officers and officials within the time which should should be stopped. Cancel all such transfers as per Court orders.

The State government has every right to transfer the officers at it's will to provide a better governance.

Agree that elected Govt has right to transfer officials.
But not within 1 day...1 Week or 1 Year.
SC has already given the clear cut guidelines for transfer of UPSC Cadres ( IAS / IPS / IRS etc...)
If they are NOT allowed to work more than minimum 2 year, how can they take work from their lower rank staff....???? Who will control them.....????
This is main reason of Citizens of India not getting justice from Govt Baabus…
Late T N Seshan ( ex Chief Election Commissioner ) got 8 time transfer order within ONE DAY ( morning to evening ) when he was working under T N Govt....
By the way, This disease is not only limited to State Govt's Officials , Its already affected Central Govt officials also ....
