Udupi: Free Health Camp for Women at Perampalli Held

Udupi, Oct 5: A free health camp for women was held at Our Lady of Fatima parish hall, Perampalli here on Sunday October 4. It was jointly organized by Lions Club - Manipal, St Monica Sodality and Vanitha Stree Sanghatana.


 
Manipal Lions Club president Raviraj Bhandary presided. Manipal KMC surgeons Dr Pratap Kumar, Dr Rajgopal Shenoy and Dr Radhika addressed on gynaecological issues, cancer of uterus and breasts and diabetes on the occasion.
 
Perampalli Our Lady of Fatima parish priest Fr Romeo Lewis was also present. Over 200 women attended the health camp. In all 10 doctors from KMC assisted in the camp.
