Doha, Jan 29: The 27th annual meeting of the executive committee of Dakshina Kannada Muslim Welfare Association here was held on January 24 at Maaza hotel, here. Adnan Ameer Hamza recited the Holy Quran.

President Abdul Majeed Moodbidri presided and presented the details to the members of the activities by the committee during 2018 and 2019. Abdul Kasim Udupi in his welcome speech welcomed along with the president and executive committee members the elite persons who arrived for the meeting.

Nasir Ullal and Sattar Montepadavu tabled the annual and finance report. Razak Puttur thanked the guests.

The organization unanimously elected the following office bearers for the year 2020-2021.

Abdul Majeed Moodbidri was re-elected president.

Abdul Kasim Udupi, Razak Puttur and Ismael Jokatte vice-presidents

Abdul Sattar Montepadavu, Secretary; Afzal Jameel and Khader Sagar, joint secretaries

Abdul Nasir Ullal and CA Mohammed Kondana, treasurers.

The following seven advisors were also elected in the committee:
