New Delhi, Jan 30 (IANSlife): US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Bruxie, which started in California in 2010, has entered into Indian market this month with its first outlet in Gurugram, Haryana.

The brand presents a new take on sandwiches, using a proprietary version of an authentic Belgian Waffle to offer a light, airy, crispy alternative to the traditional sandwich bread.

An offbeat concept in the culinary domain, it has gained immense popularity around the globe through its unique concept of Crispy Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches.

Besides offering its patrons with a wide range of delectable food, the brand has its special drinks to get your tastebuds racing ahead of digging in the special menus, fresh-made ginger ale and homemade strawberry lemonade are few to suggest.

Sunny-side up egg, maple-glazed fried chicken, bacon, sriracha mayo served between two waffle halves tagged as "Super Cluck", smoky spice rub, tangy sauce, shredded lettuce and pickles paired with delicious waffles that are baked fresh on-site throughout the day, tagged as "Kickin" are few items hit in the restaurant. Alternatively, they serve crispy fried paneer bun and veggie waffle sandwiches from the Indian palette.

To enjoy the sweeter side of Bruxie, the restaurant offers Creme brulee, and Nutella and banana waffles.

Exhibiting its finesse in the food industry, the brand ensures its food is prepared with high-quality ingredients where the chicken is fresh. Each piece is hand-breaded and fried to each order while sauces and dips are made in-house.

Average Cost: Rs 900 for two people (approx.)

Address: 317 A, 3rd Floor, Ambience Mall, NH 8, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram.
