Mangalore: Lady Robbed Off her Bag from Residence at Falnir

Mangalore, Oct 18: An incident of theft in a house at Falnir here was held on Saturday October 17 wherein the thieves have stolen Rs 41,000 worth assets including four sovereigns of gold.

The theft occurred at the residence of Shyamala of Sanjeeva Compound on S L Mathias Road. Shyamala, who stays in Bangalore was on a visit to her native and had arrived in the morning on a train. She had kept her bag in the bed room from where it has been stolen between 11.00 and 11.30 am, she suspects. 

The bag contained gold jewellery that included two bangles and a finger ring apart from Rs 4,000, credit card, ATM card and car key among others. Pandeshwar police have registered a case.
