Mangalore, Oct 18: University Level Science Fest and Fr D Cruz Memorial Lecture was held at the Milagres College, Kallianpur on Friday October 16.
Dr Santhosh C , director, Centre for Molecular Physics, Manipal University inaugurated the programme. Principal Fr Fred Mascarenhas presided. Secretary of Science Association Rashmi welcomed and president Ashok Shenoy proposed the vote of thanks. Convenor Prof Archana Dabade introduced the theme and the guest.
The competitions, Science seminar, collage, poster writing, fiction writing and quiz on the topic related to Astronomy and Astro physics were conducted. MGM College Udupi secured the over ll championship. Vivekananda College Puttur and Alva’s College won the Fr G L D Cruz seminar competitions.
