Mangaluru: Br T K George to direct movie aimed at inculcating family values

Mangaluru Feb 5: The shooting for 'Dundugara Maga,' a Kannada movie directed by Br T K George, will commence shortly.

The movie is based on the Holy Bible - A parable of Jesus. Apart from direction, Br T K George has written the script, dialogue and screenplay of the movie. The movie is produced by Yesu Sparsha Creations banner by Fr Franklin D Souza.

Br T K George, in his last 30 years of journey from 1990 to 2020, has preached 3,500 retreats in India and in 30 nations apart from penning lyrics and providing music for over 600 hymns, published prayer book, in addition to the book, 'Why am I catholic?' in different languages.

He was supported and led by the priest of Divine Retreat Centre in Kerala, Fr Franklin D’Souza and other priests. Today there have been drastic changes in the family life and values, as they are under attack from all sides. Taking stock of this situation, he was inspired by the divine to direct a movie on family values. The movie titled 'Dundugara Maga' will surely help for the transformation of the families, he believes.
