Mangaluru: 'Lilia Arcade' commercial complex inaugurated at Kankanady-Pumpwell road

Mangaluru, Feb 9: 'Lilia Arcade', a new commercial complex at Kankanady-Pumpwell old road here, was inaugurated by relatives of Joseph Sequiera, Joseph Lobo, Bernad Lobo and Edward Lobo on Sunday February 9.

Judicial vicar general Walter D'Mello blessed the building.

Addressing the gathering, former mayor Bhaskar Moily said, "Jossy Sequiera has built a quality commerical complex at a prime location of Mangaluru in memory of his parents. Today Mangaluru is growing at a rapid pace and there is a demand for commercial complexes and apartments."

Kankanady corporator Sandeep Garodi, owner and landlord of Lilia Arcade Jossy, his wife Dora and their children Ricky, Rhea and Revan were present.

Stany D'Souza compered the event, while Rhea proposed vote of thanks.

Along with the real estate and construction fraternity, a large number of well-wishers, religious priests and sisters and close friends of landlord and owners of the building graced the event. Jossy and Dora, Kankanady are the owners of the beautiful architectural structure. Lilia Arcade is exclusively built for commercial needs.

“Lilia Arcade is a small gift from us to the infrastructure of the city. Knowing the commercial possibilities at Kankanady–Pumpwell old road, we planned to construct Lilia Arcade. We are happy to inform we completed the construction in the projected time frame. It will be inaugurated on Sunday and we are inviting the business fraternity and well-wishers for the formal inaugural event,” said Jossy, owner of Lilia Arcade.


About 'Lilia Arcade'

Lilia Arcade is a commercial building covering 40,000 sq ft. The building has 5 floors and parking facility in its basement. The complex is situated very near to Father Muller Hospital, Mangaluru, and is very close to Pumpwell junction.

The complex is designed with modern amenities. The flooring has branded vitrified tiles and the common area has polished granite. The parking area and the space in front of the building have interlocks. Each floor of the building has an area of 8,000 sq ft and can be divided into any required size.
