Panaji, Feb 22: A Fast Track Special Court is constituted here on directions from the Supreme Court for speedy disposal of sexual molestation and rape cases booked under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

The department of law and judiciary in its order issued on Friday in this connection stated that the court’s jurisdiction will cover the entire state.
