Two Special Endowment Kannada Lectures to be Held in Metro on Dec 19

Mumbai, Dec 17: Two special endowment Kannada lectures will be held at Alexandra Girl’ English Medium High School, located between Hajarimal Somani Marg, near VSNL and ENT Hospital, here on Saturday December 19 at 4.15 pm. The endowment lectures were organized under the joint aegis of Kannada Bhavan Education Society and Kannada Bhavan Junior College Alumni Association, here.
 
BARC retired researcher B S Prahlad Rao will deliver former principal Acharya Prahlad Nagarahalli first endowment lecture on the topic Indian religion and culture are not blind beliefs – it has scientific background. The lecture is sponsored by Kannada Bhavan Education Society.
 
Eminent columnist and writer Ravi Ra Anchan will deliver former principal Ramnarayan Ail second endowment lecture on Kannada literature: based on words and silence mode, which is sponsored by Kannada Bhavan Junior College Alumni Association.
 
Kannada Bhavan Education Society executive president A B Shetty will preside.
 
Kannada Bhavan Education Society honorary chief secretary Shekar A Amin and Kannada Bhavan Junior College Alumni Association honorary chief secretary Bhaskar N Kanchan were present.
