    No time.
Children are generally told by their elders to first finish-off their home-work and only then go out to play , watch TV, entertain themselves or use the mobile phone and social media.

A clock runs only when all its parts do their own work. The Govt. is employed to do its work. Servants of the govt. who are paid for by tax-payers hard-earned money (18%, 28% etc)should first do their job and engage in extra-curricular activities in their own play-time.

MCP , Commissioner of Police phone-in programme(started by Mr.Chandrashekar & Dr.Sanjeev Patil and faithfully held as far as possible in all circumstances and continued by all incumbents until about 6 months back) where ordinary citizens, who cannot afford Android and i-phones to use Twitter app, could call and interact with the boss of the MCP - Shut-down – citizens were not even considered fit to be given a reason - No time.

Mangalore City Police website domain expired on Apr. 4, 2020, website is not working - No time.

Complaints to Police Commissioner's office going un-answered and un-acknowledged – No time.

Complaints to police stations going unattended over 6 months – No time.

Complaints on KSP app going unattended , no supervision - No time

Ground level supervision and visits by the top-boss at whose desk the buck stops for all inefficiency and laxity of work – No time.

Oath taken – to serve and protect the people

salary and promotions and perks - unstoppable – higher than what a similar university qualification would have obtained in a competitive market place.

accountability – there is no such mechanism for the burra-sahibs - Indians continue to be slaves of the burra- sahibs created by the British Raj and the Monarchy - Democracy ,Liberty , Freedom of expression are still a far cry.

Sycophancy and servility to the Zamindars ,their guards and henchmen continues to be the order of the day.

A responsible fourth estate that asks questions and seeks accountability does not exist.

Sir Perhaps a personal visit to these hospitals under full safety gear (PPE) will be a confidence boosting act.
