Cultural Events Mark Fourth Annual Day Celebrations of Mulund Bunts

The fourth annual day celebrations of Mulund Bunts was held at Kavi Ratna Kalidas Auditorium, Mulund, on Saturday December 19.  Various cultural events including traditional folk dances were held to mark the fourth annual day celebrations.
 
Indian ambassador to Sweden, Balakrishna Shetty, was the chief guest on the occasion.



 


 


 
 
BCCI chief executive officer and ICC Cricket World Cup tournament director Ratnakar S Shetty was the guest of honour.
 
The Ambassador inaugurated the annual day celebrations by lighting the lamp.  He also distributed prizes to the talented children of the members of Mulund Bunts.
 
Mulund Bunts convener Suresh B Shetty, secretary Vasant N Shetty Palimar, vice-president Dr Satyaprakash Shetty, treasurer K Jaya Sooda, joint secretaries Prabhakar N Shetty and Anant K Adyantaya, joint treasurer Hemant V Shetty and women’s wing executive president Sujatha K Shetty were present on the dais.
 
MLA Tara Singh, youth Congress leader Charan Singh Safa, Bunts Sangh president Aikala Harish Shetty, Jaisrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti former president Vishwanath U Mada, and Thane Bunts president Prof Sitaram R Shetty were also present.
 
Over 1,000 members of Mulund Bunts wearing traditional Tulunadu attire arrived for the fourth annual day celebrations.
 
Mulund Bunts president Nagriguttu Vivek Shetty welcomed the gathering.  Harish Vasu Shetty, B Balachandra Rao ,B C Road, and Bhaskar Shetty compered the programme.
