Mumbai ambulance gifts four new corona patients to Mandya

Daijiworld Media Network - Mandya (SP)

Mandya, May 2: On Friday, May 1, the number of coronavirus patients from the district swelled all of a sudden, thanks to an ambulance which came from Mumbai.

The mortal remains of a man who breathed his last at Mumbai had been brought here in an ambulance for performing last rites. Out of seven who took part in the funeral, coronavirus infection has been confirmed in respect of four. Three among them are from B Kodaganahalli in Pandavapura taluk and the other is from K R Pet.

The body of a man who died at Mumbai on April 23 was brought here by a government ambulance. It is said that the man had died of heart attack, and the body was brought here as a daughter of the deceased who lives at K R Pet in Mandya district and wanted to have the last glimpse of her father before cremation. As such, the body was put through embalming process and brought in government ambulance. Perhaps all the 42 check posts on the way allowed the ambulance free access because it was a government ambulance.

It is not clear how the virus spread. A son of the deceased works for a private bank at Mumbai and the disease would have been transmitted though him, it is guessed. Therefore, Desai Hospital Mumbai, where the deceased was undergoing treatment, has been contacted.

A son, daughter, grandson and the other daughter living at K R Pet have tested positive for coronavirus.

Must have used some political influence and some money ..without which engaging an ambulance and crossing all checkposts would have been impossible ..

Anyways ..lets not misbehave with the carriers or who are infected..
but let us not spare people who misbehave with healtcare workers and flout norms set for prevention of spread of covid ..
Be it from any community. The other day I could see a post from my muslim friend urging his community members not to do Ramadhan shopping

Humanity still exists ..that is the problem ..for the world and nature ..
We make a big hue and cry about humans ..what is so special about them ?.. we are no more important than an Ant or a worm ..for nature everything is same..
Because of the so called "humanity" humans are paying a heavy price ..
Anyways ..sir ,If it would have been me ..i would have done the same thing..
Nothing wrong with the lady wanting to see he father for the last time.

My Anguish or anger is against the corrupt system we have built around ourselves in the name of being human ..and all that "human" nonsense we hear every now and then..

When media blamed particular group as corona carriers,
    God is great!
You stop our veg and fruit sellers but we are helplessness. Power is with God,he can change the situations like seasons. God blesses honour and he knows to revert also.
You blame us we will try to save you by donating blood and helping you to cremate your dear ones.

Do you know how many TJ members still hiding through out India and not willing to have test for carona? The figure in many places show it is due to TJ member responsibke for spread. And in many cases ppl of your community itself attacked medical /nursing ppl who r helping. More over behaviour of any TJ members who were forcibly quarantined is also shiws they r not in favour of stopping the spread.
Don't boast of just 2 ppl donating blood. Compare to that many other community ppl have donated blood

A person with a social responsibility foregoes all emotional desires. Actor Irfan Khan watched the last rites of his mother through video conferencing.

Only those who keep emotions above the social responsibility behave like what this family did. What were the authorities doing ? Couldn't they stop the ambulance service ?

In an emergency can apply in police commissioner's office or sub designated police office in that locality to travel with solid proof. While applying take along Aadhar Card, Mobile Number and Vehicle Number by which are travelling. Will get temporary pass to travel ( one way only ) for 2-3 persons only. Please assure while travelling carry along Aadhar Card and Mobile of all needed during checking. It will only for one side and not issue for return...which latter only able to done after lock-down. As there is zero traffic can reach early than usual.
