Simply CORONA phobia which is more dangerous than CORONA itself!!
No amount of lockdown can eradicate CORONA completely, unless herd immunity develops!!! Study how Sweden & Taiwan controlled this pandemic!!

Rudy sir, in herd immunity many might succumb to virus. Isn't it ? Its really sad to see na if people die in large number? Those who have immunity will survive and those who not, will succumb to infection... for that govt should give immunity build up medicines in advance if there should not be lockdown....and adequate medical facilities to treat the basic covid symptoms...or country like us there should be lockdown...

Getting herd immunity is not that way as assumed.
Those vulnerable people have to be separated from youngsters & healthy people & kids, they have to remain separately from those who go out without masks & get infected & get well within a few days without any symptoms or with mild form of symptoms.
Once more than 70% get immunity from future infections then those people who are vulnerable can come back & live with those who had got infections, & all these too get no more infections due to the antibodies the youngsters have within. There are tests to know whether the youngsters have immunity & after that test only the elderly & people suffering from heart ailments, kidney or liver problem, cancers or uncontrolled high BP or Diabetes can come back. This way more lives can be saved than keeping people locked down & stop them getting infections hoping virus would just vanish which isn't happening in the past or will happen in future.
Our leaders need vision to implement it & a lot of planning which is not found at present yet.

Dev... Our country has a vast population... not like Sweden and Taiwan...and such other countries.... Here, how herd immunity is possible? For that our government should arrange so many make shift hospitals with all the arrangements a to z. It's not at possible to separate the people in a house. Because, even if you say don't meet the vulnerable people, we cannot do so. Parents have to cook for them.. There may not be separate wash rooms/bath rooms for every member... I agree, young generation with good resistance power may come out victorious.. But definitely they will be the carriers if they have to go their own houses after going out even if we separate the people also....for this, lots of fund, volunteers, training, planning required. Finally, who will be ready to send their children with immunity to go out without precautions?

If you have will there is a way, nothing is impossible with correct planning.
Instead of keeping 99% people inside to prevent less than 1% mortality rate the better way is stop the media that creates fear & panic & then govt. can arrange for the separation of people to safer places as it has got the present law which gives it immense power with no recourse to legal remedy.
A country that can arrange worlds largest gathering in Kumbh mela where crores of people assemble & carry out their religious practice safely then our country is capable of handling this challenge too with less than that many people to be taken to safer places with all the school & colleges closed hostels too have their rooms empty,
When govt. educates its subjects parents too can let their kids out-
In 1918 Spanish flu, H1N1 last decade, Sars, Mers we didn't lock down or most of the world's countries didn't do it, every pandemic has a peak as well as a low if this herd immunity method is implemented, otherwise you have to be prepared for another 2 to 3 years of lock downs intermittently which is wise is left to this govt.

At this moment no risk can be taken.

We need to co operate with officials.
But when a suspe t is caught treat him in a nice way .
All Dr's, nurses ,departments are doing a good job
But our co operation also is needed to be safe
