35 more test positive, J&K tally crosses 700


Jammu, May 3 (IANS): Thirty-five more tested positive on Sunday in J&K as the number of COVID-19 patients crossed 700 in the Union Territory.

An official statement said 35 more tested positive on Sunday in J&K as the total number of COVID-19 patients in J&K rose to 701.

Out of the positive cases 61 are in Jammu and 640 are in Kashmir division.

So far, eight patients have died while 287 have completely recovered.

The number of active cases in J&K is now 406 out of whom 7 are in Jammu division and 399 are in Kashmir division.
