Intra-district travel - Dakshina Kannada issues 2,500 passes, Udupi 900

Mangaluru/Udupi, May 5: As the government has accorded conditional permission to the citizens to undertake travel to other districts, the police department has been issuing e-passes to citizens travelling to other districts in Dakshina Kannada district. In Udupi, the district administration has been distributing these passes.

On Monday, about 2,500 passes were issued by Dakshina Kannada district police. Still, 1,500 more applications are pending. The city police commissionerate here has issued 1,500 passes and about a thousand more passes are yet to be issued.

Those who want to undertake journey to other districts have to apply with photocopy of their Aadhar card, mobile phone number, address, travel place of origin and destination, information about the vehicle, purpose of travel etc. For more information, local police stations can be contacted.

Udupi district administration has so far given about 900 passes. Those in need of the passes have to apply through the respective taluk tahsildars.

    Bhandu....Belman, Mudarnagdi, Balkunje, Kirem, Aikla, Kinnigoly, Permude to Bajpe all earlier under Odeyaar. Latter on land distributed to christia women who is working with them. Slowly all churches taken land on there fold. As city grown all started to live in midst of kirem forests. Actually Pompei College wants to built in Kinnigoli..due to non-availability of land it constructed in Kirem..land given by Aikala Guthhu Bunts.

    Bandarkar..can I know from where you came..?? Your moola stana. Is in Kashmir. How did you migrate to goa than mangalore.

    Bhandar Sir... This is a valid question. This is raaz behind Harminder. Yesterday harminder was in manipal with the name Dalpreet... Day before yesterday in Talipady, Kinnigoly as shyamsunder, before that muthuswamy, kanyakumari. Before that at Tanjavur making taute bole curry with podi mean... In the beginning of the election time he was in Himalayas cave 786, Devkumar Delhi... Tomorrow he will move to belman....
