Congratulations dear Melwin. Wishing you all the very best, good luck and success. Because of Covid 19 situation many of the passengers ticket money is blocked with the airlines because of flight cancellations, at this difficult time of their life. Kindly help all those by giving options to to get their refund soon and/or give also an option to extend their ticket validity upto 24 months without any extra charges same like other operators like emirates did.

Congratulations to M.Silva.Hope he will raise up the sick AI.from its problems. He should first of all try old flights never fly.since danger is there.and always flights at right time to leave .Not simply cancelling flights without notice .People have choice nowadays. They will choose a flight with better service.Sametime AI.workers should be paid in time ,and see also they work with enthusiasm.

    Jossey Sir,

What you wrote is not true....those days were gone when rich business executives were paying double/Triple fare to sit in First / Club class....Now they sit in First/ Club class only if their companies pay for it...

Most of the planes have removed First/Business class leather seats ...and made all seats economy class/ Shashi Taroor's Cattle Class!!!....

In my opinion AI is charging too much fares from poor Gulf Passengers and treat them badly....they cannot do that to Western Countries because they have other options...

These losses because mismanagement at the top level...like Praful Patel selling routes to gulf carriers for KANCHANA....I am very upset with Modiji for not putting him behind bars and recovering Rs 2000 crores from him and give that money to this 20 Lakh Crore Corona fund...

    ...Tak...Takk...

Instead of making vijaya mallya sit in arthur road jail, if is he appointed as the CMD of air india after his extradition , he can do better than the present CMD minimising losses.
We dont want a mba graduate to run a loss making airline

Langooji,USA,whether in gulf or western, money doesnt fall from tree.one has to work hard for it.Even for us months pay goes for a single ticket.we dont get like gulfwalas ,ticket fare from employers.may be only for who travel on work.still I support what Jossey says.Better service is always appriciated .for example a good meal itself satisfy us.

    People,

Silvamaam should be given free hand and asked to bring AI out of losses in 2 years....

Will Union Government will do this???...Of course not !!!....they don't want to loose their current privileges.... Same with all previous Government since the time of Pandit Nehru!!!....

Where is Praful Patel...who is responsible Rs 2000 Crore losses to Air India???...Why he is not behind bars yet???...

So, now everybody knows why AI in big loss and Tax payers are supporting it right...

    ...Tak...Takk...
