Do you people (who purchase fuel from the bunks) know that the liquid sold to you is a lot less than you asked for but you are charged for complete quantity ? The people who stole from the pipeline are thieves so are the one who cheated in quantity to the public. Both must be dealt with same yard stick, must be severely punished.

Its easy to comment. No body would like to be in this ugly spot. we need to balance out punishment with chance to improve. Every one needs to pass on the good to their children no matter how difficult life is. Set good example specially children watch the elders do. Its in our hand to make the world a better place.

Why today our boys adopt the wrong means to earn their livelihood is a question mark. Either they want easy money or they don’t get motivated or their models are looters like leaders belongs to political, ruling party members, business community, police force etc. as these lack moral values and fully corrupt. If our leaders leads the clean way, majority of the problems would not have arises. Personally I feel pity for any young lads who indulges in wrong way of earning income. These robbers should be punished but the punishment should mould them for better life not to breed them as criminals. Our jail is the breeding ground more criminals as this truth only those who have entered jail will know and experience.

drill machine in the picture shows it can drill not more than half a inch bore and the 3" pipe picture is not in the scene now. how can it be if the operation was running for long time that they syphoned only 12000 liter which is aproximately 1 truck load ? and with a 3" pipe it would only take few hours to fill a truck load.
