Such a tragedy that a young man was killed in a hit and run accident. May the soul of Obaid RIP and wish a speedy recovery of the pillion rider of the bike. Condolences to the bereaved family and loved ones. The driver of the car who hit the scooter and try to escape should be punished. All the plans and ambition of Ubaid has been shattered as he was to get married on July, 23.

The car does not have a number plate. No vehicle should be allowed to run without a valid number plate, even a new one. According to the Motor Vehicles Act a temporary number plate is allowed only for dealers to take it to the RTO to get it registered , public cannot use a vehicle with a "temporary" number plate or no number plate.Fortunately police apprehended this car, otherwise it would be very difficult to track such vehicles.
