M'lore: Navinchandra D Suvarna Elected Prez of Akhila Bharatha Billavara Union

Mangalore, Mar 4: Navinchandra D Suvarna, eminent city entrepreneur, philanthropist, social worker was elected the president of Akhila Bharatha Billavara Union (formerly known as Billavara Union),  Kudroli, here. 
 
Navinchandra D Suvarna was elected during the annual general body meeting of managing committee held here, recently.  State award winning teacher and veteran K A Narayan chaired the meeting. Suvarna is also the president of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts Backward Castes’ Federation and Narayana Guru Education Institutions.

Entrepreneur K Loknath as vice-president, lawyer Mohandas Mugila as chief secretary, Shyamlal Yermal and Sukhalakshi Y Suvarna as joint secretaries and B Deranna as treasurer are among the office-bearers.
 
 K T Suvarna (Dakshina Kannada district), Y Sudhir Kumar (Udupi district), Udayachandra D Suvarna (Bangalore), K Bhojaraj (Mumbai) and Suchith Kumar (Dubai) are among the organizing secretaries.
 
K Narayan welcomed the gathering.  K R Mohanraj proposed the vote of thanks.

    If Navinchandra Suvarna has to be elected as President every time what is the necessity of holding meeting every year. Let him be life time President
