Mangaluru, Jul 23: The Boscoss PU College which started in the year 2016, is managed by Boscoss Education Trust established the same year with Egithin Bosco as the chairperson, the college is the outcome of the eminent mathematics teacher, Prof SS Bosco's desire to build a model educational institution catering to the needs of Pre-University students.
The prestigious board members Dolly Fernando, Reenu S J Fernando, Anusha along with the respected principal Pradeep Kumar have maintained a benchmark in delivering quality education and have also set goals for the overall development of every student and accomplished them with a lot of dedication and passion, the college also believes in inculcating holistic culture and values in the students to help them realize their innate potentials.

The faculty members of the institute are dedicated professionals with academic excellence who constantly work towards updating the course content to provide the best education for the students. The academic year 2019-20 has been a very successful year for academic achievements. Prithvi JK of Boscoss College has secured the first place in the Dakshina Kannada district with a score of 592/600, she has also achieved the fifth rank in the Karnataka state. A total of 111 students appeared for the board exams and 63 have secured distinction. Among them, the students who have secured 100/100 in mathematics are 13, four in physics, one in chemistry, two in biology, five in statistics, four in computer science and two in Sanskrit. The college is extremely proud of the students and looks forward to striving harder towards better results and overall development in the next academic year.
