Mangalore: Bunts Sangh, Suratkal Bags First Place in Banta Kalotsav

Bunts Sangh, Suratkal, here bagged the first place in ‘Banta Kalotsav’, cultural competitions organized by Bunts Sangh, Gurpur here, recently.
 
Bunts Sangh, Mulky bagged the second place and Bunts Sangh, Jeppinamogaru bagged the third place.  Bunts Sangh of Beltangady and Belman secured the consolation prizes.


 
World Bunts Sangh Federation president Ajit Kumar Rai Malady, Shree Devi Education Trust president A Sadanand Shetty, G Sadanand Malli, Rajesh Nayak Ulipady and Sundar Shetty were the chief guests.
 
Sudarshan Shetty Permanki, president of Bunts Sangh, Gurpur welcomed the gathering.  Secretary Purushottam Malli presented the report. G Laxman Shetty proposed the vote of thanks. Convenor G K Kittanna Rai and Mallika Shetty compered the programme. 
 
Ullas Shetty Permude, secretary of Bunts Sangh, Permude, cultural committee secretary Prahlada Shetty and Sudhakar Poonja Hosabettu accepted the first prize.
