Udupi, Aug 16: A tiny police drew the attention of all the officials and public at the Independence Day celebration that was held at Ajjarkad stadium.
Mayuri, who is just three-years-old is the daughter of postman Raghavendra Prabhu and Sridevi couple. She had dressed in full Khaki and had come to the ground with her father.
Mayuri grew fond of the khaki uniform after watching soldiers and police wearing it in movies. She always pestered her parents to get her khaki uniform. So her father bought her a khaki dress. She wore the same for Independence Day and enjoyed her moment.
Police personnel welcomed her into the ground heartily. Mayur also mingled with joy with the women police personnel who had dressed up as her. She also posed for selfies. When DC G Jagadeesha lifted her up in his arms, her joy knew no bound.
