Mumbai, Sep 12: The latest episode of Bigg Boss 20 turned emotional as the show's contestants were taken on a nostalgic journey through two decades of the reality show's history.

As part of a special segment marking 20 years of Bigg Boss, an audio-visual montage featuring memorable moments from Season 1 to Season 19 was shown to the contestants. The video revisited iconic houses, friendships, love stories, rivalries, fights, laughter, heartbreaks and emotional farewells from the show's long-running journey.

Television actress and Bigg Boss 20 contestant Mahhi Vij became visibly emotional while watching the montage. She was seen wiping away tears as memories from the show's past appeared on screen.

One of the most emotional moments came when visuals of late actor Sidharth Shukla and his close bond with actress Shehnaaz Gill were featured as part of the montage's friendship and love segment.

Mahhi appeared deeply moved while watching Sidharth on screen, with tears rolling down her cheeks as she struggled to contain her emotions.

Mahhi and her former husband Jay Bhanushali shared a close bond with Sidharth. During Bigg Boss 13, both had openly supported Sidharth and appreciated his equation with Shehnaaz Gill.

Sidharth, who participated in Bigg Boss 13, remains one of the most remembered contestants in the show's history. His strong personality, his rivalry with Asim Riaz and his turbulent equation with Rashami Desai became major talking points during the season.

At the same time, his friendship with Shehnaaz became one of the most popular relationships in the history of the reality show. Their playful exchanges, affection, emotional conversations and support for each other led viewers to widely embrace the pair as 'SidNaaz'.

Sidharth went on to win Bigg Boss 13, with Asim Riaz finishing as the first runner-up.

The actor died in September 2021, and his memories continue to remain deeply emotional for his fans and those who shared a close association with him.
