Bengaluru: State cabinet meeting on Thursday - Decision on PFI ban likely

Bengaluru, Aug 20: The state cabinet is scheduled to meet on Thursday August 20. It will be chaired by chief minister B S Yediyurappa. The meeting will discuss disturbances at DJ Halli and KG Halli. Many believe that there is a possibility of the meeting taking a decision on placing ban on Popular Front of India (PFI).

The meeting is scheduled to discuss a number of topics. It is said that discussions will also be held on banning SDPI.

The cabinet will approve amendments for a minimum of 12 acts introduced through ordinances. It is also believed that the government, which has prepared to hold the monsoon session of the legislature during September, may also take a decision on this matter.


Chief minister B S Yediyurappa

There is proposal to hold legislature session for a period of five days. Venue, dates and other issues will be discussed and a final decision on this matter also may be taken, it is said.

    PFI will not be banned, it serves political interests of all parties in India, since Ram temple issue is closed and our politicians new issues to divide the voters they will not ban this toxic group.

    Please Ban all religious and communal based organisations regardless of caste, religion, ethnicity or any other thing. These organisations are enemy of the nation on every aspect. They only bring destruction, misery, law and order situation.
