Udupi, Aug 25: After a wrong body was delivered to the family of a deceased person from Kundapur on Saturday, the issue gained a lot of public attention. State home minister and district in-charge minister Basavaraj Bommai, held a video conference with the local MLA and officials of the district administration on Monday and collected information about this faux pas.

He also said that when receiving the body of a corona-positive person, a health officer should be on the spot to verify and receive the body.

Basavaraj Bommai
