Sir, driver should not move the vehicle until every passenger gets in. Healthier/young ones also get lifelong injuries or life long bed ridden and there are incidents of death also... Conductor and Driver both are responsible for people's safety.. ..in many cases, it's difficult to come to know, in their early pregnancy whether a woman is pregnant or not and too a driver cannot... from the place where he seated.....He waits for the signal from the conductor. Conductor should be more vigilant. Many a times, drivers won't see the passengers. If the bus is rush, driver can't see who gets in whether handicapped/child/old etc... It's really risky if conductors are negligent when people board the bus. Drivers are responsible for people's safety while plying on the road ..Really tragedy..
