Kaup: Former minister Vinay Kumar Sorake appointed KPCC spokesperson

Kaup, Sep 22: Former district in-charge minister and former MLA of Kaup constituency Vinay Kumar Sorake has been appointed as Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) spokesperson, with immediate effect, a as per the press release issued by D K Shivakumar, president of KPCC.

He has been asked to take charge immediately and advised to work and strengthen the organization as per the principles and policies of Congress party.

Media plays an important role in promoting party principles and it should in effective manner these days. By considering the experiences in politics, knowledge and presentation of a subject, KPCC appointed Sorake as a spokesperson.

Sorake was a member of the Indian National Congress and former secretary of All India Congress Committee. He has served as a minister, Member of Parliament from Udupi and as member of Legislative Assembly from Kaup and Puttur.
