Mangaluru, Sep 29: Referring to the state government's decision towards reopening of the schools, MLA U T Khader said, "Government should clarify regarding their decision to reopen schools."
Addressing media here on Tuesday, September 29, Khader said, "State government has created a lot of confusion over its decision of reopening the schools. The school management has prepared to reopen the school in September, however, this decision has yet again changed and the reopening dates have been pushed ahead. Since the last five months, the government has constantly changed its decision and has given rise to confusion."
"Along with education, the health of children is also very important. The government can consider declaring the current academic year as zero year for Class I to Class IX. The schools have already lost three months in this academic year," he said while also urging for the commencement of Classes from X to II PUC.
Speaking about Farm Bills, the MLA said, "The Farm Bills will favour investors, multinational companies and not the farmers. No discussions took place about these Bills during the sessions."
