Congratulations to Ms. Venkatachalam on being appointed Vice-President of ADBs Private Sector and Co-financing operations. She is one of the few honest and highly performing officers that I have come across among the Karnataka government bureaucrats and truly deserves this promotion. We wish her all the best in her new position.
