Mangalore, Apr 26: A concrete ready mixer lorry which was on its way from Kaikamba to Bajpe here collided with the bike and the pillion rider breathed his last on the spot on Sunday April 25.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Naufal (19), a student of second year pre-university at Tumbe B A College. The incident took place at about 10.15 am wherein Naufal was thrown away from the bike due to the impact and died on the spot. Mohammad Rafiq, the bike rider has sustained minor injuries.
He had answered his board exams, recently and awaiting results.
