'Mehbooba Mufti, Farooq Abdullah have no right to stay in India' - Pralhad Joshi

Daijiworld Media Network - New Delhi

New Delhi, Oct 28: Union minister Pralhad Joshi slammed former J&K chief ministers Mehbooba Mufti and Farooq Abdullah for their demands regarding restoration of Article 370 saying that both the leaders had no right to stay in India, a report by ANI stated.

"Mehbooba Mufti and Farooq Abdullah have no right to stay in India. One of them says that with the help of China, will restore Article 370, at a time when China is trying to attack us. What message are you going to give to the international community?" said the minister.

National Conference (NC) president Farooq Abdullah since few weeks has repeatedly demanded the restoration of Article 370 and 35A in the valley.

"We have a long way to go a long political battle that will continue whether Farooq Abdullah is alive or dead, on the stage or not on the stage. Our fight is for the restoration of Article 370 and 35 A and our resolve will never change even if I have to be hanged," Abdullah had said on October 19 while addressing media.

Earlier, Abdullah had also announced the formation of an alliance namely 'Gupkar Declaration' with Mehbooba Mufti of People's Democratic Party, Sajjad Lone and other regional groups maintaining that the fight against the Indian government is constitutional and asked India to return all rights of people of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh held before last year.

"People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration has been formed to ensure the rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh are restored," Abdullah said on October 24 while speaking to reporters after meeting of members of the People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration, where he was chosen as president of the alliance, Mehbooba Mufti will be its vice-president.

Both these used the religion card and looted the Govt and people during the 'Special status' regime. They were helped by the Vadra Congress as well in thi regard. Now they have been rear ended after the scrapping of 370A. Why should we tax payers pay for Kashmiris? Lets hope many Indians buy property and settle in the valley. I think soon Mufti s and Abduallahs will migrate to POK to fight against India.

Very true, Navneeth. They can go down to any level as the huge wealth amassed by them from poor Kasmiris is gone down the dumps.

India is not Joshi's ancestral property. India is for every citizen of India not only for BJP & brahmans.

Why you bring religion here? After the statement made by mufti that she will not honour Indian Flag it is natural to send them out of India.
Both were using our tax paid money as "ancesteral property" now no income so totally became frustrated.

In that case, you should have chased 'Pink Chaddy Man' till he crossed the borders into Pakistan no ? I mean for hoisting Paki flag in Idga Maidan ? She refused to hoist Indian flag is more intense that hoisting a Pakistani flag on Indian soil ?

Mehbooba Mufti, FarAbdulla are native to J & K, they know what good the Article did, what deprived after abrogation of it, so on. Who is this Joshi ? Son, grandson, great grandson of any departed Kings of the region who got heavy losses due to imposing Art 370 ??

If Mehbooba, Abdullah should leave India for conspiring with China, how is Modi excused for bumping into enemy nation's PM's birthday party ? Now don't tell me he has right to go to any country being a PM- he can't go anywhere without pre-permission/information/approval. There is a protocol to follow, the moment he breaks it, a PM too is answerable to the nation's law.

So, what right does this Josi command to ask anybody to leave the country ? People have HC,SC, and finally Presidential access. Is Joshi above these ?

    Maria Sequeira,

Are you a resident of the same country that I am living in ? Then, please explain me, where is the situation that PM Modi told, will happen if Art. 370 will be abrogated ? Have militant activities stopped ? Have Cross-border aggressions stopped ? Have fake currency circulation (obviously by Pak) stopped ? Do not ridicule me, when I say that abrogation of Art. 370 has done nothing good, none at all. You can use your intellect to think this too without me asking for it. If PM Modi has changed Nehru's decades old mistake and didn't change the situation of J&K, what is there to boast about ?

As for you suggesting me to go to stay with them, you can also go and give a report whether life has changed to good or worse after the Abrogation. So does Joshi. Let him compile a report about what good has Abrogation of Art. 370 has done and why Farook and Mehbooba are not convinced, if that is why they should leave the nation. I am not taking the first train to J&K since the land is open for purchases, I am happy at what I have, where I am. Let those who were displaced, return to their ancestral property.

India is a Federal Union of states and not the Private property of fake nationalists like RSS & BJP. Each state is Self-governed and has its own powers to determine what's right for its people.

By the way, what was the contribution of sanghies to the independence of India ?

Article 370 is the best thing that happened in J & K and also the conversion from State to Union Territory.
The J & K parties are all dynasty based as we know some in India already.....So there

    Anata,

That did not explain why the situation that PM Modi told, will happen if Art. 370 will be abrogated, did not happen. Why haven't militant activities stop ? Why haven't Cross-border aggressions stop ? Why haven't fake currency circulation (obviously by Pak) stop ?

If PM Modi did not know for sure that these will stop/not stop, why did he tell the nation that this is going to happen if the Article abrogated ? Is J&K a trial & error as is the rule at the center ? Well now, he did the action, it did not succeed, let him humble down and accept it ? Why is he arrogant and so are his ministers like Joshi ? What right does Joshi have to tell anybody leave India ? The right is also his, to question the PM. Why isn't he doing it ? Wagging his tail no matter what the master does ?

Also you BJP supporters, do you have guts to question your government about failure of Demo ? Non-payment of GST ? Failure to control Covid-19 spread ? Slaves ! Exactly slaves, that you were calling Congress supporters to being. No way different !
