Udupi's popular restaurant Manipal Inn set to reopen on Nov 8

Udupi, Nov 7: Udupi's popular restaurant Manipal Inn will be reopening its Vegetarian restaurant 'Udupi Rasoi' and non-veg restaurant 'Virasat' from Sunday November 08, 2020.

Addressing the media Moulana Ibrahim, managing director Manipal Inn Hotel and Convention centre said, "In the beginning we had provided service to the public with our own cuisine. Now with an aim of providing higher quality food experience to the people of Udupi 'Udupi Rasoi' will be managed by Mangaluru's popular restaurant brand 'Chutney'. The food facility at Udupi Rasoi restaurant will be provided by them. Meanwhile the non-vegetarian restaurant of Manipal Inn 'Virasat' will be managed by Mangaluru's favorite non veg restuarant brand 'The Royal Kitchen'. Manipal Inn Hotels and Convention Centre is equipped with five banquet halls ranging the capacity from 50 to 3,000 people. The restaurant is also equipped with wide area of parking facility for the customers. We intend to serve every individual who comes across us. our motto is to provide luxury service with very little price," he said.

Speaking on the occasion K Janardhan Rao, general manager Hotel Deepa Comforts Mangaluru said, "We are in hotel industry for the last 13 years. The Chutney and The Royal Kitchen are very popular brands in Mangaluru. We are planning to serve the same quality delicious food in Udupi too. Our motto is to provide quality food to Udupian's. Chutney has some very signature dishes and is serving to many multi national companies, corporate companies also. I thank Manipal Inn Hotel and Convention Centre for giving an opportunity to introduce our brand in Udupi too," he said.

Speaking about the new venture Karthik R Amin, representative Hotel Deepa Comforts said, "Chutney's brand was launched 13 years ago by Ramesh Kumar. There would be no compromise with the quality of the food as we provide good food for reasonable price. We have appointed experienced staff for both these restaurants. In Virasat we will be serving Thai cuisine along with a new introduction Goan cuisine. We will do our best to maintain the brand," he said.
