Mangaluru: Release event held for 'We are with you' video song sung by cop Gopalakrishna

Mangaluru, Nov 13: VOK productions 'We Are With You' video song that has been sung by a cop, Gopalakrishna K was released here at Hotel Deepa Comforts on Friday, November 13. 

Gopalakrishna K is a cop of the Kavoor police station and serving at Mangaluru International Airport has developed the concept and sung the song which is dedicated to police fraternity.

The co-singers of the song are Vishwas Gurupura and Sandesh Babanna, the lyrics have been penned by Vijesh Devadiga, directed by Robin Rai and Gopalakrishna K. The music is composed by Sandesh Babanna and video has been captured by Keerthan Devadiga and Shri J Bangera. Shivraj Kuthethur has edited the song.



During the video release event, Mangaluru traffic ACP Nataraj, chairman of human rights federation of India Balakrishna Rai, Vikas college trustee Sooraj, Wenlock Hospital urology surgeon Dr Sadananda Poojary, Gokarnanatheshwara college superintendent Nagesh, cyber law and security trainer Dr Ananth Prabhu G were present. 

In the event, cyber law and security trainer and Rajyotsava awardee Dr Ananth Prabhu G was felicitated. Gopalakrishna K along with his wife Nirmala Gopalakrishna was also felicitated.

Speaking on the occasion, Gopalakrishna said, "This video song is dedicated to the police fraternity so as to build their confidence. I have penned about my experience of the past 25 years being in this profession which was later modified into lyrics for this song. I thank all the police officials, constables for the support they have given me."
